Little Yellow Rocking Hood
Once upon time there was a little girl named Little Yellow Rocking Hood. She was staying at her Grandmother’s house because her mum was sick in the palace. She had a bad fever and her dad had to go to work she had to go and stay at her Grandmother’s home. On her way there she saw a tree with a sign saying beware of the grizzly bear. Suddenly she saw the bear and Little Yellow Rocking Hood ran and ran and ran until the bear ran away because the bear knew he would get lost if he carried on chasing her. She found the way back home and she was so pleased, and Grandmother was happy to see her.

Summer, you enjoyed our Fairytales unit although you did find it challenging. You have written a short, basic fairytale based on a known fairytale. You are still working towards the learning intention which was to rewrite a known fairy tale using the elements of narrative writing. You need too check and re-check the success criteria to help you meet the learning intention. Your next steps are to work on having a clear beginning, middle and end and ensure you have a problem and solution. You need to add more content to your story.
